Shipping Questions?

Where Do You Ship?

We ship, extracts, tinctures, jerky, cultures, salve, dry mushroom, grow bags, liquid culture lids and our mushroom mud water, worldwide. Kits and grains we sell in Canada only.

Do You Deliver?

Absolutely! We do home delivery to the Lake Country area. Contact us to set up delivery or a pick up at 715 Beaver Lake Rd Unit #97, Kelowna BC V4V 1E6

Delivery to Kelowna, West Kelowna and Vernon. Place your order on the website and choose home delivery.

Free to meet in Kelowna or Vernon, we do meets at our convenience, please contact us and we will let you know the next time we’ll be in your area and were we will be, thx.

How Long Will It Take To Get Here?

**Please note** that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 days after being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are not packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date as some rural areas may take longer to reach.

Do You Guarantee Delivery?

Your delivery is guaranteed in Canada (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec) and most of the USA or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Other Countries we will provide a tracking number and we recommend purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee delivery.

What Are the Shipping Fees?

Shipping in Canada and the USA weight based shipping or free shipping over 150.00, not including, kits, colonized and sterilized grains.

Sample Mushroom mud water free shipping (not included in home delivery without regular priced item.

We also have a variety of products that we offer flat rate shipping, these items currently must be orders together or separately, and must not be combined with other weight based products. Flat rate price in canada, we use regular stamps, therefore no tracking number will be provided.


Orders are shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. Once we receive your payment, your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days. After it has shipped, please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your package. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area and even longer if you live outside of Canada.

Did Not Receive My Order, What’s Next?

If you do not get your package 2 or 3 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Delivery and Fulfillment?

Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Your order will not leave the warehouse until we receive your e-transfer.

* Please note that it can take up to 60 minutes for us to receive your E-transfer.

What Method of Shipping Do You Use?

All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost, stolen, damaged or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and LCGMF reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Take?

Payment is made by Cash, E-transfer, Debit, or Credit Card. We however charge a small fee to use credit cards on our website to recoup the credit card fees.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be cancelled.
