Description

Reusable lids with ship ports, syringe filters and silicone ring so they don’t leak. Can be used over and over, we even send 1 replacement ship ports per lid.

These reusable “airport” lids are designed to keep contaminants out of your liquid culture or grain spawn, while allowing for adequate gas exchange.  Equipped with  super heavy duty injection ports, 0.22 µm syringe filters (13 mm diameter), and rust-proof stainless steel canning bands, these lids can be re-used for years.

All components are 100% autoclavable and can be sterilized in pressure canner at 15psi.  Available to fit two canning jar sizes: regular (70mm) or wide-mouth (90 mm).*Canning jar NOT included.*

– Reusable with rubber gasket for an airtight/watertight seal
– injection port which is able to withstand repeated injections before needing replacement, and one replacement ship port per lid.
-100% reusable syringe filter made of a hydrophobic PTFE membrane in a polypropylene housing can be replaced
